Return Policy
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. All tags must be attached, and the items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Process: Customers must contact Aaron Daniel customer service to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Aaron Daniel recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Aaron Daniel is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Policy
- Inspection of Returns: Upon receipt of the returned item, Aaron Daniel will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. The refund will be processed if the item is in acceptable condition.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your return for your account to be credited. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Exchanges: Due to limited inventory, Aaron Daniel does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original item and place a new order.
Exceptions
In exceptional cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was received, Aaron Daniel will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for this exception.
